Provenance

Dating from the mid 20th century it evokes a robust style of traditional West German salt glaze stoneware.

Finished with two looped side handles, this statement piece works as a standalone decorative urn, floor vessel, or centrepiece jar.

In excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. The intentional fine crackle glaze is uniform across the body and handles. Base rim displays clean, unglazed clay typical of hand-thrown pottery.
