We endeavor to process all orders as soon as possible and dispatch items within 1-3 weeks. If you are purchasing more than one item please get in touch before purchasing so we can let you know a combined shipping cost.

• Viewings are always encouraged and welcome by appointment only between 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday.

Collections

• We welcome collections from us directly, our collection hours are by appointment only between 10am - 3pm Monday to Friday. Please always let us know if you intend to collect items in person or arrange your own couriers directly.

• Note, we take no responsibility for the items once they have left our premises, or handled by a 3rd party.

Delivery providers

• Smaller items are shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 24 unless otherwise advised

• Larger items will be delivered via our own in-house team within a 50mile radius, or a trusted courier nationally. Delivery charges will be calculated at order. This is doorstep delivery only. Please advise prior to purchasing should you have specific delivery requirements.

Reservation & Storage

If you are working on a project or renovation and would like us to reserve your item/s or store your item/s for you prior to delivery or collection, please get in touch.

• Reservations are on a first come first served basis, and we take a non refundable 10% charge per 48hours

• Storage costs are calculated on request
