1. Orders & Payment

All items are sold on a first‑come, first‑served basis. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Once an order is placed, we will confirm it by email.

2. Delivery & Collection

We offer delivery across the UK, as well as collection from our Norwich studio by appointment. Delivery costs vary depending on size, weight, and location. We will always provide an estimated timeframe, though occasional delays may occur with third‑party couriers.

Once an item has left our care, responsibility for safe delivery passes to the courier. If you prefer to arrange your own transport, we are happy to accommodate this.

3. Returns & Refunds

If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it by emailing hello@thenorfolk.house. The item must then be returned within a further 14 days, in the same condition in which it was dispatched.

Once the item has been safely returned and inspected, we will refund the cost of the item. Original delivery charges are non‑refundable, and return delivery is the responsibility of the customer.

4. Condition of Items

Many of our pieces are antique or vintage, and signs of age are part of their character. We take care to photograph each item clearly and accurately, and we encourage you to review all images closely before purchasing.

If you would like additional photographs or clarification on any detail, we are always happy to assist before you commit.

5. Product Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure our descriptions and measurements are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to the handmade or historic nature of many pieces.

6. Liability

The Norfolk House is not liable for:

• Damage occurring during transit handled by third‑party couriers

• Wear, patina, or imperfections consistent with age

• Losses arising from misuse, improper installation, or alterations made after purchase

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
