We want you to feel completely assured that the piece you choose is right for your home.

If you decide to return an item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving it by emailing hello@thenorfolk.house. The item must then be returned to us within a further 7 days, in the same condition in which it left our care. Once received and condition checked, we will confirm its safe arrival and refund the cost of the item, minus a restocking charge of 20% (excluding original delivery charges).

As many of our pieces carry age and character, we encourage you to review all photographs carefully before purchasing. If you would like additional images or clarification on any detail, we are always happy to help
